Why I built this.

I have spent a career in employee benefits, working alongside HR professionals who want to do the right thing but can't, because they don't have the data the brokers and carriers have been sitting on for years.

The renewal arrives. The number is what it is. Leadership wants to know how you're going to manage it. The broker explains the market. Everyone nods. The employees pay more. Next year, repeat.

None of that is fair. The straw is gone, the brick quota didn't move, and HR is the one standing in front of Pharaoh.

What we do

Benefits Rebels is a free benchmarking tool plus a $197 board-ready report. Five data points. Ninety seconds. Real comparison against KFF, BLS, and Gallagher data, presented in language a CFO can read.

If we help enough people, some of them become clients of Taylor Insurance Services and we tackle the problem together. Most won't, and that's fine — the numbers are still yours.

Who I am

Trey Taylor. Father of three. CEO of Taylor Insurance Services, licensed in all 50 states. I've negotiated thousands of renewals across nearly every industry. I'm tired of HR teams getting handed a number and being told "that's the market." This is my attempt to fix one corner of that.
